I don’t know that I have a strong opinion about where Carrie goes [to college] except that she should do what’s best for her and I think it should be her decision.

WE should be making these decisions FOR her, based on OUR selfish desires and what WE think works best for US.
Are you sure you’ve been paying attention all these years?
I thought I’d been pretty clear on this issue for a while now.
I mean, it’s worked out so well in the past!

Then my keyboard broke, from all the hot, salty and slightly pathetic tears I shed on it.

I may be having a bit of a hard time adjusting to all this.
