Maybe a Little Angst?
My last Special Guest Poster for the week is my lovely and delightful wife, Reha. I didn’t even have to pester to her to write this one. She told me a few days ago that she felt fine about turning 40 yesterday. I wonder.
Top 10 reasons to die before you turn 40:
10. Gray hair
9. Spider veins
8. Your beautiful children turn into teenagers
7. The price of plastic surgery
6. Second mortgage
5. Mini-vans
4. Surly children and their spelling words
3. Paying for college
2. Mammograms
1. Chin hair
I feel I have to clarify.
We took out the second mortgage to pay for the house remodel, not any plastic surgery on Reha.
Posted by jon on 04/25/08 at 08:42 AMYou’re wife is very pretty, we all assumed the plastic surgery… Um… Never mind…
I wouldn’t the hair that has been sprouting out my ears lately, but it grows faster out of my left ear. That freaks me out.

That’s not only on your head, but starts appearing… in other places.
Posted by Kathy on 04/27/08 at 02:53 AMI’m only 35, and I know that you’re a man, but I’m going to add “descending boobs” to the list.

Really, I'm glad you made it down here. Almost no one ever comes down here. I'm like in a freaking dungeon down here. I get lonely. But not you. YOU made it all the way to the end of the page. For this I think I've a little crush on you. I don't know, is "love" to strong a word to use in this situation? Well, if it's not "love," then it's very strong "like." I'm totally in like with you for coming down here. You are awesome. Please love me back! I know, I know, I shouldn't be all needy, it's not attractive at all, but you don't know how it is to be stuck down here. Who scrolls all the way to the end of a page anymore these days? Anyway, thanks for shedding some light down here in the depths. I appreciate it. Shoot me an email and I'll send you a dollar, OK?
